Moto X4 (US Users) Gets Android 8.0 Oreo Update

Few months ago, Motorola stated that 13 of its smartphones will be getting the latest Android Oreo update. These devices include; Moto Z, Z Droid, Z Force Droid, Z Play, Z Play Droid, Z2 Play, Z2 Force, X4, G5, G5 Plus, G5S, G5S Plus and Moto G4 Plus. And now, a confirmation from the official Lenovo forum, by a Motorola representative has revealed that the Moto X4 users in the U.S can now get the Android 8.0 Oreo update. The update is via Over The Air (OTA) and its available for all users of the device, although it may take some time for everyone to get it.

The update comes with great features includes security patch for January. If you can recall, uses of the smartphone who are part of the Oreo beta program in Brazil revealed that the size of the update is 1.13 GB. And also Moto Z2 Force users on T-Mobile and Verizon have already received the Oreo update.
