Vivo X20 Plus UD With In-Display Fingerprint Sensor Gets Certified By TENAA

After Vivo introduces the world’s first In-Display Optical Fingerprint Scanning smartphone at CES 2018, the company's upcoming smartphone the Vivo X20 Plus UD was recently certified by TENAA featuring the In-Display Fingerprint Sensor. The smartphone which share similar specifications as the original X20 Plus, comes with a slightly slimmer 7.35mm, body dimension but with heavier body mass of 183.1 grams.


The In-display fingerprint scanner feature lets users unlock their smartphone through one-touch fingerprint scanning directly on the smartphone display. According to Vivo its first in-display fingerprint scanning smartphone will be announced in early 2018 and its look like the Vivo X20 Plus UD may likely be the first device to feature this.

The smartphone which comes in Gold, Rose Gold, Black with Gold and Matte Black colours, is expected to feature a 6.43-inch Full HD+ 18: 9 Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.
