Samsung Working On Galaxy A6 And A6+

Samsung is working on launching a brand new mid-range smartphone this year. The device known as Samsung Galaxy A6 was recently spotted on GeekBench database. The device which has been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance also comes with a Plus variant called the Galaxy A6+. Although Wi-Fi Alliance did not reveal any of the specs of this upcoming device, except for the the model number and the operating system.


According to Wi-Fi Alliance, Samsung Galaxy A6 will feature the model number SM-A600FN and run on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. Information gathered from GreekBench mark revealed the smartphone packing an Octa-core Samsung Exynos 7870 SoC with a 2 GB worth of RAM.

The benchmark listing also revealed that the Plus version which comes with the code name SM-A605G, will 4 GB of RAM and sport an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. We will be updating you as soon as more details are revealed.
