SHARP AQUOS S3 Mini Announced With 6GB RAM, 20MP Front Camera

Sharp has officially launched the AQUOS S3 Mini in China. The 5.5-inch Full HD+ display device was announced with a notch and 87.5% screen-to-body ratio. SHARP AQUOS S3 Mini features a 6GB RAM and an internal storage capacity of 64GB which can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card.

The smartphone is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 630 running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. SHARP AQUOS S3 Mini comes with a dimension measuring 142.7 x 73 x 7.8mm and with a weight of 140g. See key specs below.
