Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Gets MIUI Update To Fix The Volume Drop Issue

After reports of audio-related issues being experienced by Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro users,  the company after acknowledging the issue, rolled out an update to fix the problem. Users of the device complained that the volume of their handset goes down by itself while using headphones. When using the speaker, user do not experience the issue, it only affects the device when its 3.5 mm audio jack is plugged to it.

The issue was notice after the device received the recent update which brought the software-based Face Unlock. The new update bring fix to this problem and is available to users of the device Over The Air (OTA). Simply go to Settings menu, choose System updates, then tap on Check for updates and install the new update.
