Vivo Y83 With 6.22-inch Display, Helio P22 SoC, Android 8.1 Announced

Vivo has officially announced the company's latest "Y" series mid-range smartphone in in China. The device called the Vivo Y83 is the world’s first smartphone to be powered by MediaTek’s latest Helio P22 Octa-Core 12nm SoC. It features a 6.22-inch HD+ screen with 19:9 aspect ratio and minimal bezels.

The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Funtouch OS 4 packing a 3260mAh battery capacity. It sports a 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 256GB with microSD. The Vivo Y83 comes with a body dimension of 155.21x 75.24 x 7.7mm and weighs 150g.
