WhatsApp Finally Working On Picture-in-Picture Mode For Android

It seems WhatsApp might be finally working on Picture-in-Picture mode for Android smartphone after rolling out the update to iOS earlier this year. The Picture-in-Picture mode is a feature that allows users to watch YouTube video inside their WhatsApp application. The service is available for iOS users and also supports watching videos for Instagram and Facebook.

The feature will allow WhatsAPP users to enjoy streaming YouTube videos from a re-sizable floating window, while also users their smartphone for other purpose. You can watch YouTube video, without closing your WhatsApp or exiting the app.

The feature is still in the testing phase, but WhatsApp might be rolling the features in its upcoming update. The feature will be denoted by a play symbol in the thumbnail when the feature becomes available to users.
